okay so. 

this was basically better than the actual movie.

  I’ve been shipping them for a little bit over a year now, but were never really one of my favorites until the Avengers. Then it morphed into obsession. qAq
  
  
• my thoughts:
  I just really like this pairing because there’s so much you can do with them. You can obviously go with the love-hate relationship they have in canon, but there is also the before, as in, when they were little. Because they’re gods, you know? And they’ve lived for thousands of years side by side and there’s just so much history between them. They make me cry in happiness and angst at the same time. QAQ
  
  
• What makes me happy about them:

• What makes me sad about them:
  The fact that Loki seems to be searching for acceptance, for some way to prove himself worthy despite his lineage, and Thor’s always there to love him and welcome him home, but each and every time, Loki turns him away and asd;sklfs ;~;
  
  
• things done in fanfic that annoys me:
  When Loki gets a little too weepy and uke-ish. Also, not sure if this counts, but when Loki is in his lady form. It just, idk, doesn’t sit well with me. *n*
  
  
• things I look for in fanfic:
  Characterization and good plot. Seriously, they have so much potential, not every fanfic has to be about Thor finding out that Loki’s a Jotun or Loki finally coming back to Asgard with Thor! Not that I don’t enjoy those two particular plotlines, but there are so many other things, you know?
  
  
• My kinks:
  hurr
  Size kink, bondage, hair pulling. And also cuddling. e 3 e
  
  
• Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other:
  I’m pretty comfortable with Tony/Loki, but I don’t really have anyone else for Thor. :S

  I actually prefer angst-filled and tragic endings but
  Loki eventually becomes king of Jotunheim, as Thor becomes king of Asgard. They get married. The end. o u o (I’m not good with happy endings @_@)

  In what context?? Hmm in general, maybe Thor as the big spoon and Loki as the latter, but they would be pretty equal. In terms of who’s top and bottom, I like to think they alternate. =3=

  Hunting together! I imagine they’d make a pretty kickass duo, with Loki strategy and magic and Thor’s strength. o u o

• How I feel about this character:
  Oh gosh, this guy is one of my favorite fictional characters of all time. He’s the main reason I got into Hetalia and eventually writing fanfics. I resent the fact that he doesn’t have more screen time, but that also gives the fandom a lot of freedom to interpret his character in so many different ways. tl;dr- I love him. @_@)b

  Ahaha basically the world. Uh, mainly with America, but also England, Prussia, Netherlands, France, and, recently, 2p!Canada. o u o

  Not sure if this counts, but I get a little iffy whenever he says “eh.” I understand it’s part of his character and such, but people just tend to overuse it. u n u

  Maybe a flashback or memory of 1812. I dunno, there’s a lot of fan speculation about what really went down so I’m curious :S

Paper Cranes

When he is old enough to understand the art of paper folding, Thor eagerly sits himself down in front of his brother and shows him a half-finished paper crane. “See, brother, you fold this here,” he explains, “then this way, and down this way, and it’s done!” He passes the messy, but completed, paper crane to a squirming Loki.

“What is the point of that?” the younger brother asks, clearly not as interested. He picks up the crane and tries to flap its wings.

Thor’s eyes are bright. “One of the maids told me that if you manage to make a thousand, you get to make a wish, and it would come true no matter what!” With that, he flops onto his back, staring wistfully up at the ceiling of their bedroom. “You could have anything you wanted, brother. Can you imagine?”

The crane falls apart in Loki’s hands by accident, and, seeing Thor’s distressed look, Loki sighs and folds it back up again, following the creases that have already been made. “There,” he says, presenting the repaired crane. Noticing the way Thor’s eyes are shiny, he adds, “Don’t cry, dummy.”

Wiping his sleeve across his eyes, Thor grumbles, “I wasn’t.”

“If you say so.”

“Will you help me, Loki?” Thor perches the paper crane onto his brother’s raven locks of hair. “We can work together to make a thousand.” He drags over an empty jar from their shelf, before taking the crane and dropping it into the container:

One.

“That’s impossible,” Loki says. “It’s not like your wish would come true in the end, anyway.” But Thor begs and pleads until Loki finally caves in, though grudgingly.

“We can keep them all together in this jar.” Thor babbles as he meanders about their playroom, searching for more paper. “We’ll make a thousand in no time!”
